Could Kava be the answer to managing stress and anxiety at work?

Stress, whether caused by work or other hectic situations, can creep up and wreak havoc on your daily life. Luckily, it is also something that can be managed. With the use of kava, stress can be reduced, happiness increased, sleep quality improved and tension subsided. In order to get the best effects from kava, the following doses are suggested: 2-4 tablespoons of kava root per individual.
